Acacias contain a number of alkaloids that have a profound Hallucinogenic effect on humans. These alkaloids include Dimethyltryptamine (DMT). The leaves and stems are brewed together with an effective monoamine oxidase inhibitior (MAOI) containing plant typically Syrian Rue (Peganum harmala) that also grows in the same region (southern Israel and the Sinai Peninsula). This brew is taken orally similar to the Amazonian brew Ayahuasca that is also a combination of at least one other plant, typically the leaves of the Chacruna plant (Psychotria Viridis) that contain the vision-inducing alkaloids (DMT) and the Ayahuasca vine itself (Banisteriopsis caapi) that acts as an inhibitor to prevent the bodys enzymes from neutralising the Tryptamine alkaloids. This is known as the MAOI effect that was discovered by Western science in the 1950s and forms the working basis for pharmaceutical products such as Prozac.
Summer This is the big showthe main eventthe perfect season for creating and exhibiting pots full of lush, colorful, show-stopping flowers. Start them early in your potting shed or basement (with grow lights). Or, purchase healthy annuals that already have a head start from your local nursery. And dont forget to pot up some summertime-blooming perennials during the fall to participate in this chorus line. For an exotic look, mix sun-loving annuals and perennials with semitropical plants, some for height, some for texture, and some for cascading down the sides of the pots.
Veggies - Veggies also contain lots of good proteins which are bioavailable and help to create strong muscles and promote great health. Veggies such as broccoli, kale, peas, artichokes, spinach, mustard greens, collard greens, turnip greens, sprouts of all kinds, winter squash, summer squash, cabbage, asparagus, and cauliflower and many more all contain lots of great protein. Take for instance sprouts of different kinds can contain up to 13 grams of great protein per 100 grams of sprouts. And all of that protein is bioavailable and thus does the body good.
